Violate upstream AI provider terms
We use Google Gemini and OpenAI APIs. Their usage policies flow down to you. In particular, you may not use Supabrief to generate content that violates the Google Gemini API additional terms or the OpenAI usage policies. If they suspend our access for content you generated, your account is liable for that suspension.
Reporting abuse
Email support@supabrief.com to report suspected AUP violations. For copyright complaints, see our DMCA Notice procedure. For privacy concerns, see our Grievance Officer page.
Consequences
We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately, without refund, for severe violations (CSAM, weapons synthesis, mass-fraud campaigns, unauthorised vulnerability probing). For curable violations we will give reasonable notice and an opportunity to cure where the breach is curable.
We may report violations to law enforcement and to upstream providers as required by law or contract.
Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email and/or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
